At Cycling Gear Set, we want you to ride with confidence and comfort. If your new gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or enter your order number on our returns page to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn gear with original tags attached into its original packaging or a secure shipping box.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
